Robert Mitro — President and CEO
Robert currently serves as President & CEO of Rosum Corporation. Prior to joining Rosum, Robert has been a private investor and has served on the boards of directors of Vovida Networks which was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2000; co-founder and director of vCIS Technology which was acquired by Internet Security Systems in 2002; and co-founder and director Telverse Communications which was acquired by Level 3 Communications in 2003: and Chairman and CEO of STEP Labs which was acquired by Dolby Labs in 2009.

Robert has also served as founder, Chairman & CEO of WindSpring, Inc. that has developed an innovative Data Miniaturization Technology (DMT) and a Mobile Data Optimization (MDO) technology for the wireless, mobile phone, digital mapping/navigation, and high speed search industries.

Previously, Mr. Mitro has held numerous executive positions including ; President, eCycle, Inc.; President & COO, Engelhard/ICC; Sr. VP & General Manager, PictureTel Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Services; VP Sales & Marketing, Harris Corporation; plus Group Director, IBM Storage Systems Group; and Manager, IBM Engineering/Scientific Marketing during a 17 year career at IBM. Mr. Mitro received his BE at Stevens Institute of Technology, and completed Executive Programs at the Graduate Schools of Business at Harvard University and the University of Michigan.

Dimitri Rubin — Executive Vice President, Engineering
Dimitri Rubin, Rosum EVP Engineering, has more than 17 years of experience in Digital Signal Processing design and implementation of real-time communication systems. Prior to Rosum, Dimitri was the first non-founding member of the engineering team at Wheels of Zeus, where he was responsible for design and implementation of the Wheels of Zeus proprietary wireless network.

Before joining Wheels of Zeus, Dimitri served as Director of Engineering at nBand Communications, where he was responsible for design and implementation of the 802.11a standard on nBand’s proprietary nFlex vector processor. Prior to nBand, Dimitri managed DSP software development for IS-95 baseband ICs at VLSI Technology, and was program manager for CDMA-2000 mobile chipset development at Philips Semiconductor after Philips’ acquisition of VLSI Technology. Dimitri received his MSEE with honors from Bonch-Bruevich St Petersburg Telecommunication University.

Parimal (Par) Sheth — Chief Financial Officer
Par brings over 34 years of experience in manufacturing, materials management, distribution and logistic management, finance and accounting, business systems design, development and implementation, software manufacturing, commercial software development and general management.

Prior to joining Rosum Corporation as Chief Financial Officer, Par was Executive Vice President and Acting CFO of Step Labs maker of Bluetooth noise cancellation software, COO and Engineering VP for WindSpring Inc. that developed commercial compression software technology which miniaturized data and allowed the data to be manipulated in the miniaturized state.

Par received his BE in Mechanical Engineering from India, MS in Industrial Engineering, Management Systems Design from Stanford University and an MBA in Marketing, Finance and International Business from Columbia University. He is also certified in Production and Inventory management (CPIM) and procurement (CPM). He currently resides in Silicon Valley.

Todd Young — Vice President, Business Development
Todd directs Rosum's business development, marketing and product management efforts, and brings to the job more than twenty years of experience in product development and product management in telecommunications (Bell Labs, US and Japan), automotive (Ford/Mazda, US and Japan), enterprise information systems (Palm, Inc.), and startup ventures (Young Learning).

Todd lived in Japan for five years coordinating joint technology development, and he is fluent in Japanese. Todd is a graduate of UC Berkeley (MBA), Cornell University (M.Eng. Computer Science), and North Carolina State University (BSEE).

Jon Metzler — Strategic Initiatives Director
Jon focuses on mobile device and government markets for Rosum. He is also responsible for building the company's presence with regulatory and standards bodies. Prior to joining Rosum, Jon was Vice President at Performance Analysis Inc, a services firm specializing in business development in Asia for technology companies. Jon has five years living experience in Japan and was part of multiple successful launches into the Japanese market.

Jon is a graduate of the MBA/MA-Asian Studies program at UC-Berkeley. He is now an advisor to the UC-Berkeley Management of Technology program. Jon also has a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
